The non-adhesive, long-stitch sewing allows the book to open nearly flat and the hand-dyed calfskin cover will age beautifully with handling and proper care. And although variations of long-stitch binding date back to the Middle Ages, this journal – with its vibrant mix of leather, thread and lining colours – has a modern look and feel to it.

  • Cover: hand-dyed yellow calfskin, lined on the inside with turquoise Canson Mi-Teintes® paper.
  • Contains 144 pages of hand-torn 130gsm warm-white, acid-free cartridge paper (made in the UK).
  • Magnetic closure.
  • Includes a binder’s ticket on the inside of the back cover.
  • Measures 110mm wide x 154mm high x 25mm thick (slightly larger than A6).
  • Shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class (UK) or Royal Mail International.

Each book is made individually and you will receive the one pictured. Keep in mind that leather is a natural material, so there will sometimes be marks or other peculiarities in the skin. These are not defects but add to the distinctiveness of the book. Note that colours can vary across viewing devices.
